What we collect on this site

If you submit your email address or book a call, we receive the details you provide (such as your name, work email, and company) to respond and arrange a meeting. For aggregate traffic statistics we use Mixpanel, configured without cookies or cross-session identifiers, so it does not track you across sites and does not require a consent banner.

Why we use it (legal basis)

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Processors and sub-processors

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the website and our operations — for example hosting, scheduling, and email. When we deliver HR operations services, we act as a data processor on behalf of our clients under a Data Processing Agreement, and we use sub-processors (including AI service providers) only under appropriate contractual and transfer safeguards. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, for the duration of our business relationship plus any legally required retention period.

Your rights
